Your Release Statuses

Written by Julieta Erdozain

Below is a breakdown of each status you may see on a release, in order of the distribution workflow.

  • In Progress – Your client is currently uploading or editing the release.

  • Pre-Approve – Your client has submitted the release for your review. Action required: approve or reject.

  • In Review – You have approved it; the release is now with our QA team for review.

  • On Hold – Our team has flagged some details that require further review. You will receive an email with either the reason for the issue or additional questions to assess the release.

  • Pass – Our QA team has reviewed and approved the release. It is now queued for delivery and will be sent to the DSPs shortly. No action is needed on your end.

  • Rejected - Our QA team has rejected your release. You will receive an email with the reasons.

  • Sent – The release has been delivered to the DSPs.

  • Archived – The release has been removed from the DSPs.

  • Delivery Error – A technical issue occurred during the delivery process of your release, preventing it from being completed successfully. No action is needed on your end. The Limbo team has been automatically notified and is reviewing the error to resolve it. In some cases, despite the error message, your release may still be available on some platforms.

Additionally, in the Distribution Request tab, you may see a Pending status. This simply means the release is currently being reviewed by our QA team. No action is needed on your end.
