Quality Control, Best Practices & Scorecard

Written by Julieta Erdozain

At limbo music, we are committed to following the best practices and guidelines set by all DSPs (Digital Service Providers).

That’s why we kindly invite you to work together to ensure that the content you distribute is properly authorized - meaning you own or manage it and hold the necessary rights to distribute it - and that it meets the required quality standards.

Our Release Quality Control team keeps a Scorecard for each account to support this. This tool helps us track any issues that may arise - both during the QA process and once your content is live on platforms. It's our way of promoting transparency, encouraging continuous improvement, and helping you maintain a healthy, compliant catalog over time.

If we detect any issue, we’ll get in touch with you. Depending on how it’s resolved, it may or may not impact your Scorecard - as outlined in the table below.

The Scorecard resets every month.
